He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Stephens (Linda) and Cheryl Stephens (Tames); his wife Laura Stephens; his children, Kevin Folck, Kellie Folck and Scott Folck; his grandchildren, Jax, Gavin, Alayna, KellieAnn, Kiera, Liam, Klieo, Ted and Anna; his siblings, Michele, Noelle, David, Chris and Amber; and his pets, Smoke and Sadie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory - Franklin Township Chapel (5950 E Thompson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46237). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
