She was predeceased by: her father John E. Akers; and her brother James Akers. She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Akers; her sister Nicole Dunlop (Arron); her niece Alexis Dunlop; and her aunts, Karen Franklin and Mary Torrence.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery (700 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
