He is survived by: his wife Mary (Mericle); his children, Marjorie Ferree Jones (Henry R.), Cathryn C. Ferree (James R. Bork) and Joel M. Ferree (Jessica B.); and his grandsons, Samuel I. Jones, William M. Jones and Rowan B. Ferree.
