He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Quinlan and Bertha Quinlan; and his wife Connie Quinlan. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Muncy; his grandchildren, Brittany Muncy, Mathew Muncy and Deondre Perry; his son-in-law George Muncy; and his great grandchildren, Keondre, Kyrie and Rose.
