She is survived by: her daughter Amie Martens (Justin); her granddaughters, Sydney and Avery; her mother Patricia Ann Kopetsky (Ziegler); her siblings, Linda Kopetsky, Kathy Howard, George Kopetsky II (Teri), David Kopetsky (Julie) and Steve Kopetsky (Lisa); and her close friend Kimi Wynkoop. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
