She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrit Mantgem and Cora Van Mantgem; and her brothers, Jerry and Jake Van Mantgem. She is survived by: her husband Lee; her children, Fleming, Leslie (Jimmie) and Kimberly (Rodrigo); her grandchildren, Eliott, Audrey, Santi, Vivienne, Keegan, Maya and Chloe; and her siblings, Jeanne Green, John Van Mantgem, Mary Kuyper and Mark Van Mantgem.
