He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Miller and Kathleen Pettus-Miller; his children, Kim Marie Miller, Phillip D Miller (Robyn Allen), Scott Miller (Jennifer), John E Miller and Allison V Miller; and his siblings, Richard E. Miller, Robert L. Miller, Kathy A. Miller and Elaine M. Miller. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, cousins and friends.
