He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis J. Moye-Horn. He is survived by: his father James G. Horn; his stepmother Marsha Horn; his daughters, Lillian Horn-Godwin and Mallory Horn; and his son-in-law Andrew Godwin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Stillinger Family Funeral Homes/Pasco Chapel (1780 W Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
