He is survived by: his wife Pamela Elmore; his child Leeane Delaval (Marcus); his grandchildren, Scottie Rapp, Michael Delaval, Richard Delaval, Brenden Jaggers, Aubriannea Jaggers, Tyler Maxey Jr. and Kashton Ray Evans; his brother John Elmore (Teresa); and his stepfather Maurice Copenhaver.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Southport United Methodist Church (1947 E Southport Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
