He was predeceased by: his parents, James A Galati and Marietta Galati (Mirra); and his sisters, Nina Galati and Gerry Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Galati (Grein); his daughter Tina Hann (Tim); his grandchildren, Amanda Jones (Mike) and Andrew Kelley (Micah); and his great grandchildren, Quinn, Ethan, Luca and Finn.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Lew's honor can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
