He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Long and Dora Long (Fleenor); his wife Hilda Mae Long (Darnell); his son Steven Fredrick Long; and his brother Tony Long.
He is survived by: his children, Curt Rogers (Marcia), Carolyn Boxell (Bill) and Amanda Braun; his brother Lucian Sylvia Long (Tink); his daughter-in-law Karen Long Acton; and his sister-in-law Shelia Tarr. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces.
