She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Hoffman and Marjorie Hoffman (Peck); and her siblings, Robert William Hoffman, Jr. and Julia Ellis. She is survived by: her siblings, Suzan Hussong (Brent) of Nashville, Marilyn Hoffman of Lebanon, Carolyn Miller (David) of Lebanon, Jody Christiansen (Larry) of Modesto, Pamela Taylor (Steve) of Jamestown, Richard Hoffman (Jennifer) of West Chicago and Stephanie Hunt (Chuck) of Lebanon; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Hoffman of Noblesville and Michael Ellis of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews and twenty great nieces and nephews along with her many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
