He is survived by : his mother Carolyn S. Caudill (Moffitt); his wife Irene Caudill; his son Lonnie Dale Caudill; and his siblings, Jim Moffitt, Scott Caudill (Kathy), Donnie Caudill, Patsy Schultheis (Tom) and Nikki Oswalt (Joi).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Indiana Funeral Care (2433 E Main St, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
