She is survived by: her mother Nancy Guyer; her sons, Stephan Haddix (Jennifer) and Corey Smock; and her siblings, Kenny Swallers (Juanita), Carrie Arney (Ron), Bonna Kendall (Ron), Mike Guyer, Elizabeth Sotkiewicz, Mildred Paris and Rhonda Labellarte. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
