He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Thomas and Lelia Esters Thomas; and his sister Leila Beaman. He is survived by: his wife Theadola Thomas; his siblings, Henry Stanley Thomas, Donald Thomas, Raymond Thomas, Michael Thomas and June Gilbert; his children, Lowell Thomas, Jr., Larry Thomas (Selina), Tonia Stubbs, Teresa Adams (John), Tammy Tolliver, Tashia Thomas (Prentis) and Barbara Jeannine Relford (Irving); and his friend Stephen Cole. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
