She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Parrish and Ruby Parrish; her husband James Harper; her sisters, Virginia Pollard, Donna Vanatta and Kate Johnson; and her grandchild Chris Blevins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Tinsley (Ernie), Debra Harper (Randy), Charlotte Ann Powell (Mark) and Judy Vonessen (Eric); and her grandchildren, Eric Blevins, Jennifer Slocum, Joy Powell, Daniel Vonessen and Katie Vonessen. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
