He is survived by: his wife Tricia Smith; his daughters, Rayne, Amelia and Kaliegh; his parents, Peggy LeGrand and Robert Lloyd Smith; his stepmother Debbie; his siblings, Carrie, Aaron and Josh; his stepbrothers, Ethan (Elli) and Kevin (Ashleigh); and his nieces and nephews, Maddie, Jaylee, Emilee, Olive, Jacqueline, Evelyn, Everleigh, Jace, Gus, Sam and Greyson. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, and more friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to the family to be put into trust for his young daughters' future education.
