With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luther Anderson Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 9, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Anderson, Sr. and Alice Ash Anderson; his stepmother Jessica Anderson; his wife Anna Anderson; and his siblings, Garth Anderson, Anita Elaine Anderson, Anna Marie Anderson Dixon and Sharon Anderson.

He is survived by: his children, Derek Anderson, Brent Anderson (Ben), Montica Stratton (Rae), Braun Anderson, Sherry Faulk Anderson, Tiffany Bussell and Nicki Arnold; his grandchildren, Ajene'Stratton, Courtney Anderson, Chasmin Anderson, Derek Anderson, Jr., Joshua Anderson and Fayevea Anderson Warren; his siblings, Ralph Anderson (Kay), Michael Anderson and Kay Anderson Bryant; and his cousin Mary Louise Streets. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
