She is survived by: her children, J. C. Stephens, Charlotte Streib (Bob) and Shelly Stephens; her grandchildren, Ronnie Denham, Tammy Kitterman and Shelby Moore; and her siblings, Jean Quinn of Columbia, KY, Bobby Smiley of Indiana and Phillip Smiley (Brenda) of Campbellsville, KY..
