We announce the death of Marilyn Jean Englerth (Indianapolis, Indiana), born in New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 93. Marilyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Schmidt and Anna Schmidt; her brother Don Schmidt; and her husband Charles Englerth. She is survived by: her sister Sue Ann Greiner; her daughters, Ann Cousert (Kevin) and Eileen Kahl (Gary); her grandchildren, Christopher Cousert (Erin), Vince Kahl, Matt Kahl (Liza) and Natalie Lerums (Will); and her great grandchildren, Roman, Joanie and Booker.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (5333 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46219). A Mass was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
