He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Elizabeth Borton (Cole), Dustin Bisel (Kyla), Ryan Gibson (Nikki), Jason Bisel and Nathan Bisel (Destiny); and his siblings, Larry Blankenship (Barbara), Daniel Blankenship (Wendy), Shane Blankenship (Stormy), Tracy Robinson (Patrick) and Rose Ergle (Shawn). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
