He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Holsworth and Patricia Holsworth; and his sister Ann Heimann. He is survived by: his son Brandon Holsworth (Stephanie); his grandsons, Jacob, Connor and Evan; his daughter Ashley Corinne Abouabsi; his grandchildren, Brian and Charlie; and his siblings, Dr. Thomas Holsworth, Patricia Campbell, Susan Axelrod Tooley and Miles Holsworth.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mark's honor may be made to the VA or to St. Edward's the Confessor Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.
