He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wells and Sharon Wells (Chambers); his brother Jeffrey; and his grandson Bentley Wells. He is survived by: his wife Gay Wells (Williams); his sons, Seth Wells (Alicia) and Evan Wells (Maranda); his grandchildren, Abigail, Landon Wells, Vanderbilt Blendowski, Chase and Hyde Wells; and his sisters, Janice Roberts (Phil) and Brenda Wells. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Services (1604 W Morris St, Indianapolis, IN 46221). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Bloomington Animal Shelter, 3410 South Walnut Street Bloomington, IN 47401. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
