Martha Ann (Mellinger) Maher of Indianapolis passed away at 87 years young on August 2, 2016. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, James W. Maher. She is survived by her 6 children, Jim (Robin), Rick (Donna), Dan, Michele (Dennis) Burbank, Denise (Curt) Volk and Mike (Cassie), 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Marty was a warm, loving, kind-hearted mother. She was born in Columbus, IN. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, August 6th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel with a burial to follow at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus, IN.
