Herring, Wade Hamp Herring Jr. Martha and Lydia Moore; her children, La Mont Puckett (Martha) and James Louis, Jr.; her grandchildren, Tracie Gibson (Eric), Alesha Puckett, Ronica White, Brianna Puckett, Bryan Hudson, William Lamar Dullen, Nathaniel, Nikiwe Puckett and Dorothy Barrow (John); and her great grandchildren, Raven, Brendon Gibson, Jaliyha, Marley Epps, John Mason, Jackson, Jameson Barrow, Jamarr and Janyla Dullen.

She is survived by : her goddaughter Diana Burchett; her sons, Lloyd, LaVorah Brady and Michael Jones; her close friend Sallie M. Fields; and also Creamus Thurston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
