With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marvin J. W. Underwood Sr. (Indianapolis, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025. He was predeceased by: his daughter Patricia Underwood; his father J. W. Underwood; his sisters, Patricia Warren-Smithson and Andrea Underwood-Stewart; and his nephews, Diondre Starks and Andre Golden.
He is survived by: his daughter Marquita Underwood; his family Marvin; his mother Addie Underwood; his siblings, Rhochanta Underwood-Golden and Charles Warren; and his close friend Marcia B.. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and lifelong friends.
