She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brummett and Ethel Smith Brummett; her sister Joyce McMillan; her husband Johnathon Willis; her significant other Timothy Rutledge; and her grandchildren, Thomas and Maria.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Willis (Dana), Diana Byers, Daniel Willis and Angela Myles; her brother-in-law Walter McMillan; her grandchildren, Amanda Brunett (Ryan), Timothy White, Avril Buberschmidt, Meika Willis, Alysia Willis, Danielle Willis, Noel Willis, Andrew Willis, Tionna Willis, Sierra Myles, Robbie Fitch and Manny Willis; her great grandchildren, Robbie, Delaiah, Levi, Rhae, Tony, Prince, Eli, Coriah, Malakai, Mazikeen and Michael; and her nephew Walter Griffin. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
