Mary Kay Lake Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2025, at the age of 86, Mary Kay Lake of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, O. L. Servies (Lawrence) and Maurine C. Servies (Caplinger); her husband Howard Brown (Brownie); and her siblings, Rex Servies, Anita Gay Salsman and Gery Servies.
She is survived by: her daughters, Hazel Maurine (Reece) of Spearfish, SD and Noreen Brown of Indianapolis, IN; and her grandchildren, Daniel Smith (Dani) of Gillette, WY, Robbie Jackson (Crystalle Foy) of Indianapolis, IN and Brianna Smith (Ryan Weber) of Cheyenne, WY. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and countless nieces and nephews.
She took pride in making dozens of face masks during COVID in 2020 and giving them to those in need.
