She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry King and Mattie Neal King; her husband Grover C. Humphries; her siblings, Betty J. King, Johnny King Jr. and George Moore; her children, Judy B. Brown (Wardell) and Larry Humphries; her grandsons, Ronald Thornton and Damon L. Humphries; and her daughter-in-law Beverly Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Humphries, Marcella Bostick (Jimmy), Grover Humphries, Jr., Teresa Humphries, Keith Wayne Humphries (Gwen) and Christopher Humphries. She is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren; sixty-five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
