He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Tolan and Jessalynn Tolan (Golden); and his siblings, John Tolan, George Tolan Jr. and Melissa Tempke.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia I. Tolan (Terry); his daughters, Candice Combs and Andrea Xaver; his siblings, Daniel Tolan and Patricia Estell; and his grandchildren, Jeffery Xaver, Noah Tolan, Jessica Xaver and Addison Xaver. He is also survived by 1 great grandchild.
