He was predeceased by: his father Michael William Yates Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Day; his grandmother Peggy Day; and his siblings, Zachary Meek, Sean Meek, Daniel Day, Charlie Aldrich, Adell Mabry, Cierra Gilliam, Heather Shaw and Brittany Rearick. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Service (1420 Prospect St, Indianapolis, IN 46203). The military honors was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
