We bid farewell to Michael York (Indianapolis, Indiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 12, 2025 at the age of 69. Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin York and Eleanor Uphaus; and his brother Jeff York. He is survived by: his children, Nick (Kalei) and Michelle York; his grandchildren, Kade, Matthew, Olivia and Lucy; his brothers, Greg (Joy), Randy (Mary Beth) and Mark (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Barb (Jeff). He is also survived by four brothers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services—lawrence. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, his family has kindly requested a donation to the Lawrence Township Boys Basketball League in honor of his generous spirit.
