We are sad to announce that, on September 15, 2025, at the age of 99, Mildred I. Giffin of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Hunt and Anetta "Nettie" Hunt (Wood); her husband James Giffin; her siblings, Herbert Hunt, Ruth Hunt Taylor, Faith Hunt Reed, Cuba Hunt Siler, Pauline Hunt Naylor and Thelma Hunt Deal; and her daughters-in-law, Jackie Giffin and Debbie Giffin.
She is survived by: her children, Dannie, Jimmie Giffin and Cheryl Bookout (Bob); and her grandchildren, Stacey Campbell-Sweeting, Timothy Campbell, Pennie Calder, Jimmie Giffin, Jerrie Giffin, Jeff Worley and Laura Giffin. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
