With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Millard Franklin Belcher of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Benham, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Belcher and Marie Sizemore Belcher; his son Bobby Belcher; and his siblings, Dale Belcher, Bobby Belcher, Bill Belcher and Loretta Graham.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Holden Belcher of Indianapolis, IN; his daughter Pamela Lynn Belcher Fiest of Indianapolis, IN; his sister Kay Blondell; his daughters-in-law, Michelle "Nannie" and Lydia; his grandchildren, Joseph, William "Bill", Elijah and MaKenzie; and his great grandchild Jasey Belcher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harlan Funeral Home (202 S Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
