She was predeceased by: her father David Gaines; and her sister Cindy Sue Balay. She is survived by: her mother Diana Gaines; her sister Tonya Hughes; her children, Jeremy and Jennifer; and her close friend Theresa Small. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephew; and her beloved four-legged fur baby.
