She was predeceased by: her father Homer Chisham; her husband Donald Avery; her son Brian Spears; and her siblings, Cliff, Luther Sprinkle, Russell Chisham and Linda Bunge.
She is survived by: her mother Doris Wingler (Sprinkle); her children, Mike Spears (Michelle) and Debbie Spears; and her grandchildren, Rick Spears (Lori), Ryan Spears, Angie White (Nick), Tricia Correll (Johnny) and Sarah Robbins. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
