He is survived by: his parents, Doug Smith (Holly) and Sabrina Swinehart (Stewart); his godmother Lisa Jones; his daughter Regina Jones; his siblings, Victoria Swinehart (Josh Hodges), Courtney Brown (Lucas Sr.), Joey Ingram, Spencer Proffer, Jacob Riley Proffer, Keagan Smith and Finnley Smith; his grandparents, David, Inez Stewart, Donna Smith, Terry and Jody Smith; his great-grandparent Charles (Lenis Smith); his aunts, Julie Branson, Michelle Smith and Terri Lynn Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Hazelle, Henry, Adelyn, Lucas Jr., Annelise, Bowen and Charlotte.
