We are sad to announce that, on October 25, 2025, at the age of 82, Nora L. Brawner (Indianapolis, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Henson and Sarah Henson (White); her sons, Donald D. Brawner, Jr., Adam Brawner and Dewane Brawner; and her siblings, Danny Henson, Doyle Henson, Eddie Henson, Kenny Henson, Gayle Bodell, Michael Terry Henson, Burl Henson, Herb Henson and Joe Henson.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Deakin (Brawner); her grandchildren, Natasha, Crystal, Samantha, Logan, Troy and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Perry, Marcus, Carly, Peyton, Brooke, Parker, Elizabeth, Melody, Hazel, Declan and Emery; her great great grandchildren, Cashton and James; and her siblings, Betty Davis, Donna Sue Wilder, Barbara Wand, Alvin Henson and Steven Henson.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial gifts be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
