We are sad to announce that, on December 14, 2025, at the age of 85, Norman Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Charles and Mildred Ione Smith (Armstrong); and his brothers, Ronnie Smith and Ray Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Vonna Basgall of Sharon Springs, Verna M. Jett of Nineveh, David A. Smith (Maureen) of Nineveh and Karen S. Rogers (Marion) of Morgantown; and his close friends, Mary Virginia "Ginny" Cummings of Franklin and Rick Burris of Indianapolis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Norman's memory to American Lung Foundation, 115 W. Washington Street, Ste. 1180S, Indianapolis IN 46204.
