He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Chastain (Judy), Mark Chastain (Sandra) and Marty Chastain (Linda); his grandchildren, Christy Schmidt (Mike), Shannon Chastain, Jason Chastain, Lindsey Chastain and Ashley Chastain; and his great grandchild Everliegh Pingleton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Usher Funeral Home (2313 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
