It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Chambers (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Gary Chambers (Felicia) and Cheryl Chambers; her grandsons, Zachary Chambers, Tyler Chambers (Elizabeth) and Ian Chambers (Cortni); her great grandchild Timothy Chambers; and her brother Ron Yagle (Lois).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gh Herrmann Madison Ave. Funeral Home (5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
