He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Leo Jones and Lucille (Britt); his siblings, Michael Jones (Lynn) and Mickey Jones (Stephanie Wyne); his wife Vivian Payne-Jones; his former wife Pam Jones (Horn); his grandchildren, Evan Jones (Alicia), Elizabeth Mahaffey (Josh), Matthew Jones (Macy) and Jayden Odell; his great grandchild Beckham Jones; his brothers-in-law, Gayland Payne (Mindy Boone), Forrest Payne (Sharon), Jim Payne (Traci), William Payne (Joan) and Mark Payne (Candice); Scott Jones (Kristy), Thomas Payne and Autumn Payne. He was also cherished by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
