He was predeceased by: his parents, Troas Carlton (Mother Janie Carlton) and Janie Payne Carlton; and his wife Viki Carlton. He is survived by: his children, Paul E Carlton Jr. Carlton (Amanda) and Kathy Coss (Jason). He is also survived by two sisters; two brothers; six grandkids; seven great grandkids and many nieces and nephews.
