He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Fraley and Anna Fraley (Boggs); and his siblings, Clifton Fraley (Eva), Mozzel Sparks (Walter), Janie Hayes (Willis), Louise Young (Morse), Augusta May, Harold "Gene" Fraley (Retta), Charlie Fraley (Brenda) and Jonas Fraley.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Jon Fraley (Dee), Rachel Hamby (Russ), Ginna Purdum (B. J.), Paula Arnold (Doug) and Bill Hawkins (Paul); his grandchildren, Sarah Beth Edwards (Jerome), Matthew Fraley (Nicki), Nathan Fooce (Olivia), Bradley Purdum, Brandon Purdum (Casey), Lacy Purdum, Stephen Buchanan (Felicia), Carissa Hoffman (Eric), Christopher Hawkins, Gabriella Flores and Nikolas Flores; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Henley, Rhett, Preston, Wesley, Elizabeth, Cleo, Kaydence, Sally and Brooks.
