He is survived by: his daughter Amy Garthwaite; his grandchildren, Ryan Gathard (Katie), Olivia Garthwaite, Noah Garthwaite, Addie Gathard, Mia Garthwaite, Jack Gathard, Anna Garthwaite, Sarah Garthwaite and Julia Garthwaite; and his siblings, Margo Orum and Ben Gathard. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
