She was predeceased by: her husband Niles Hanshew; her parents, Paul Allgood and Helen Allgood; and her siblings, Wanda Wood, Paul Allgood, Shirley Downton and Eugene Allgood.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Hoagland, John, Jeffery Hanshew, Dennis Hanshew, Thomas Hanshew, Donna and Randy Hanshew. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 1609 Norton Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
