It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope A. Brown of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 28, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Geoffrey Anderson and Muriel Anderson; and her brother David W. B. Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Margaret E. "Meg" Loyd (David A.) and Peter G. Brown (Trân B. Vuong); her grandson Augustus A. "Augie" Loyd; her sister Victoria E. "Toya" Bultman; and her sibling's children, Amanda M. Earles (Clarence J.) and David O. Bultman (Mandi E.).
