She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Willard and Mary Ann Lewis; her son Justin Lewis; and her brother Floyd Lewis. She is survived by: her grandsons, Lucas, Evan, Isaac and Silas Lewis; her brother Dean Lewis; her great grandchild Kataleya; her granddaughter Karsyn; and her daughter Chassity.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lavenia & Summers Home For Funerals (5811 E 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46218). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
