He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Cobb; and his daughter Holly Sue Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Jodi Cobb (Brown); his children, Tracy Cobb, Mike Hoffman, Phillip Cobb Jr., Jerry Cobb and Melanie Cobb; and his stepdaughters, Shelia Renee Brown and Jamie Lynn Taylor. He is also survived by five brothers, four sisters, eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
