He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Miller Sr. and Margaret J. Miller (Hannel). He is survived by: his wife Penne (Smith); his sons, Phil Jr. (Lori) and Clint (Sunnie); his great grandchild March; and his brothers, Bob "Skip" Jim (Mary), Glenn (Ann) and Dean (Karen).
